November Happenings

The start of November brings our Internationally recognized Hand Turkey Contest. Bring your hand turkeys by or drop in and make one as you drink drink a pint. All entries will be displayed behind the bar. Entries must be in before Thanksgiving. Winner takes all contest with top turkey winning a prize.

Saturday 5th, 1PM. Finnriver Sour Plum Cyser release. This cider will be the second in a series we have made with Finnriver Cidery. Last years Country Peach release was so tasty we made the trip out again. This time the product is a mixed-fermentation cider with honey and sour plums. Brouwer’s Cafe¬†will have it on draft to try and meet Andrew, the cidermaker and bottles will be available starting at 1.

Saturday 12th, Noon-2. Chimay. Drop by to meet the new rep for Chimay. Although most folks have tried the full lineup of Chimay’s Trappist ales, it’s always a good time to revisit them.

Friday 18th. 4PM. Seapine Cask night. The fine folks at Seapine brewing will be debuting this years batch of Skipine Bombhole Winter Ale with a cask on our bar. Taps at 4 and lasts till the cask runs dry.

We will be closed Thanksgiving Day as always but open all day the Wednesday before and the Friday after.
