Hoegaarden White

The classic Belgian Wit ale. The color is a pale whitish-yellow
and is very hazy, a typical characteristic of Belgian white ales which are intentionally poured with the yeast in suspension. Hoegaarden has uniquely complex
aromas of perfumy coriander, zesty, orangey fruitiness from dried Curaco orange peel, a
honey like sweetness and a floral zip from Saaz hops. On the palate it is refreshingly tart and dry with a slight lactic sourness.
