This particular Intens Rood has macerated for 6 months. The lambics in this blend originate from 3 different barrels and 8 different brews. Both one-year and two-year old lambik was used. The oldest lambik was brewed on the 14th of November 2017. Final fruit intensity is 498 grams of sour cherry per litre of Intens Rood. 100% Fonteinen.
