Saddle up and lets carb load on a punchy west coast IPA. Why pasta? Because its fun and it’s a starch that we figured, well that’s as far as we got. Brew day started off with boiling some spaghetti and adding the noodles and pasta water directly to the mash. Everything else about the beer pays tribute to where the West Coast IPA has come from and where it’s galloping towards. Hopped with classic variety of Cascade, Ahtanum, Palisade and Bravo hops. Bitterness will linger just enough like that last meatball at the salad bar. Sauce on the side, no cheese.
