For the 16th anniversary of Brouwer’s cafe, we collaborated with the North Fork brewery from Deming, WA to create 3 beers to celebrate Vern’s beer bar in Fremont, Seattle. Eric & Paul brewed spontaneous beers at each brewery with Mecca Grade malt and put aronia berries in the coolship. After a year of barrel-aging we introduced chardonnay lees from Domaine Drouhin. This is the unblended North Fork version utilizing Argentinian Cascade hops from 2006. 100% naturally carbonated by bottle fermentation with wildflower honey. Thanks for everything, Vern!
