Gayle Goschie runs her 130 year-old family farm in the Willamette Valley & she has supported our brewery since Day 1, supplying hops in tiny amounts of the highest quality. This beer gets those hops as well as the malt. Viognier grapes & honey from her farm, which also grows grass seed, corn, & wheat. Barley malted by Tiller Malt & honeybeees cared for by the Pacific Honeybee.
