Brewed with barley & rye malts plus raw honey wheat, all from Mecca Grade Estate in Madras. This beer had fresh ponderosa pine needles in the mash prior to spontaneous fermentation in a 600 liter puncheon we named Tanuki. Just before bottling we infused the beer with fresh ponderosa pine. 100% naturally carbonated with wildflower honey and 100% Oregon!
