Our spruce beers have always been a fan favorite so we brought them back! Brewed in June 2017, this La Tache was barrel-aged until June of
2018 when we moved it into another barrel onto fresh spruce tips from our forest
outside the brewery. After 2 months, we packaged it with honey for bottle
conditioning.
