Native yeast fermented, unfined and unfiltered
Due to the potential of smoke in the valley in 2020, we pressed this vintage very gently, resulting in a lighter rosé color and subtler flavors than the previous vintage. I’ve been tasting them side by side in the tasting room while I had some 2019 and people have been more drawn to the 2020, which I have found to be quite interesting.
