Inspired by beers that were inspired by other beers. Made with ingredients that share similarities with other ingredients we could have used but chose not to. It sort of tastes like a beer you drank once before but cannot remember exactly what it tasted like. All squares are rectangles, but not all rectangles are squares, and therefore, this strong golden ale is most certainly a beer.
Drinking this beer from a vessel that feels inoffensive to your aesthetic and sensory preferences is sometimes recommended but also not required. Enjoyment is encouraged, possibly with food, but maybe not. #ambiguousabbeyales
Brewed with Skagit Valley barley and wheat malts; Belgian pale malts; US specialty malts; estate-grown Nugget and Tettnang hops; German Tettnanger hops; demerara sugar; and Belgian abbey yeast.
