Back in 2016, we stated we’d never brew an IPA. Now we’re working through the Five Stages
of Grief as we come to terms with it. We feel kind of ashamed about making IPA as a
farmhouse brewery, OK? What if we use some of our estate-grown ingredients? We’d feel
better about the whole thing, maybe? And it would still be a creative, tasty beer? And you’d
still drink it because the label says “IPA?” Brewed with fresh thyme and fancy German hops.
