Fuzzy Logic is the use of imprecise information to make decisions. It can be applied in both
logical reasoning and mathematical logic and operates under the premise that truth is
measured in degrees rather than absolutes. When making decisions about fruit, barrels and
mixed cultures in a brewery, it’s ALL fuzzy logic. This beer is an amalgamation of several
barrel-aged beers, with varying degrees of acidity and funk, aged on fresh peaches from our
small orchard. Within a tasting range of peaches to no peaches, this beer tastes to some
degree of peaches.
