If you like crabs and micheladas,
Or drinking caesars in the rain,
If you’re not into hops,
If you have half a brain,
If you like sour beers at midnight,
In a beach fort on Birch Bay,
This is the beer that you’ve looked for,
So open it and escape
Our latest beer inspired by the Salish Sea explores the totally obvious intersection of Gose-style sour beer and crab boils. Duh! Grabbers is tart and salty, with notes of sweet crab, chili peppers, spice and citrus. If you’re into mods, it gets even better with a dash of your favorite hot sauce or a couple splashes of Clamato.
Brewed with Skagit Valley barley and wheat malts; local Centennial and Triumph hops from Bredenhof Hop Farms in Abbotsford, BC; German Hallertau Blanc hops; a blend of spices and sea salt; locally caught Dungeness crab and crab shells; and a lactic acid producing ale yeast.
