Not So Sensible Soccer is a big, hopped up, dry West Coast IPA. We used an Away Days favourite, Mosaic, and Level’s pick Strata, with a charge of Amarillo for good measure. This trio brought notes of apricot, Sauvignon Blanc, ripe pineapple and ruby red grapefruit. Fermented to a dry, crisp finish with our house English yeast. Still balanced, not over-board, just Not So Sensible.
