Feral Grape Perry was made using 100% estate grown fruit. It consists of a blend of pears pressed through Pinot Gris grape skins and fermented in stainless steel using native yeast. This perry comes packaged in a 750ml bottle, is 6.0% ABV, dry and has a medium body with light tannins.
We suggest pairing this beverage with goat cheese and beet salad, thai curry, or grilled salmon.
