Paint it Noir 2022 is a mixed culture ferment of 2 clones of Pinot Noir growing on the southern slope of Sumas Mountain in the Puget Sound AVA of WA. The vineyard was planted in the late 1980s with Pommard & Wadenswill clones. This wine was fermented in stainless steel and aged in neutral oak. It is unfined & unfiltered. On the palate it has notes of berries and plum chutney with bright acidity. It is dry and 12% ABV.
