Behind the Rows is our Festbier brewed to celebrate Oktoberfest. Behind the Rows was brewed with a blend of German pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts, then hopped in the kettle with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Spalt Select. Behind the Rows was fermented cold with our house lager strain and spunded for natural carbonation.
