Behind the Rows is our German-style festbier brewed to celebrate Oktoberfest. Our festbier was brewed with a blend of German pilsner malts, Vienna and Munich, then hopped in the kettle with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and a touch of Saaz. Behind the Rows was fermented cold with our house lager strain and spunded for natural carbonation.
