Flowers of the Sky is our fresh hop hazy pale ale brewed with a base of pilsner malt, flaked oats and flaked barley. We hopped Flowers of the Sky with Strata, Comet and Galaxy in the kettle and fermented it with our house kölsch strain. Flowers of the Sky was then dry hopped with more Stata, Comet and Galaxy, and finally cold-infused with an insane amount of fresh Strata hops from Crosby Hop Farm.
