The Red Clock is a German-style altbier that we brewed in collaboration with Here Today Brewery, utilizing red corn masa harina from Masienda. We brewed The Red Clock with a base blend of German pilsner, Munich, and caramelized Munich malts, then added in red corn masa harina. We hopped this altbier with Sonnet and Hallertau Mittelfrüh. The Red Clock was then open-fermented cool with our house kölsch strain.
