Play it Backwards is our rotating hop wheat pale ale brewed with pilsner malt, flaked wheat and flaked oats. This version was hopped in the kettle with Vic Secret, Luminosa and Chinook, then whirlpooled with freshly kilned Amarillo hops from Loza Farms. Our conjuring wheat pale ale was fermented cool with our house kölsch strain, then finished with a large dry hop of Luminosa, Citra and Vic Secret.
