Skitch is our dry hopped light lager brewed with German pilsner malt and rice. This version of Skitch was hopped in the kettle with Anchovy, Citra and Sapir, then dry hopped with more Anchovy and Citra. Skitch was then fermented cold with our house lager strain and spunded for natural carbonation.
