Our nod to historic witbiers, Wonka’s Wit is a blend of up to two-year-old, oak barrel matured wild witbiers. After careful selection, we matured the blend further with a young witbier in large oak casks for five months. Gentle acidity and citrus funk complement notes of summer berries and stone fruits leading to a crisp, wheat malt finish.
