A full bodied Imperial stout build atop a hefty Maris Otter base. 7 specialty malts build a breadth of flavor spanning from molasses to caramel to freshly brewed espresso. After fermentation was complete the beer was conditioned on a ridiculous amount of Comoros Vanilla beans (widely considered one of the most flavorful and sought after vanilla in the world) and cold brew coffee from our friends at Ember Goods in Olympia. The owners name is Nick, he’s an incredibly talented photographer and just happens to roast all his own beans on his property in a old cabin! Despite the name, NO LACTOSE was used in this beer.
