Our rendition of an Italian classic. It’s crisp, dry, balanced and bready with a delicate floral and earthy aroma from the noble hops. We used Mandarina Bavaria and Huell Melon for the dry hop, resulting in a decadently bittered pilsner with hints of honeydew and cantaloupe.
