Traditional Berliner Weisse style ale brewed with our friends from Chuckanut Brewery. Fermented first in stainless tanks with two different lactobaccilus strains and a saccharomyces strain, then transfered to oak for 4 months with Brettanomyces pitched on it. Light, tart and delicious exactly like this style is meant to be. Bottles were further conditioned for an additional 2 months for that awesome light effervescent carbonation we all love! Prost!
