This IPA is named Night Shift in honor of Head Brewer Dennis’ parents who met while working the night shift at the railroad in the 80s. Both his mom and late father liked visiting the few breweries that existed back then like the Thomas Kemper Brewing, Pyramid, and Redhook. Though no longer with us, we know Doug, Dennis’ dad, would have enjoyed seeing the growth and diversity of the craft brewing industry and would have been thrilled to see the birth of El Sueñito. Debra, Dennis’ mom, continues to be one of our biggest supporters and Night Shift is her go-to beer of choice when she visits.
