Even though we don’t brew an IPA, we can’t deny that hops are deeply rooted in the Pacific Northwest. Bobbi was developed early in our joint homebrewing experiments. While we (obviously) like funky farmhouse beers, Geoffrey’s wife is a hop fan. With that in mind, we explored how our subtly complex standard farmhouse ale would mix with a hop schedule of a tasty American Pale Ale. Would the funk and hops support each other or would the hops overpower everything?
Bobbi is a saison with new world hops – Loral, Citra and Mosaic. Brewed with barley and wheat grown in the Skagit Valley and malted by Skagit Valley Malts.
