This is a different one for us, coming in hot at 10% ABV. A barrel-aged, high gravity blend of native yeast fermented beer was refermented with boatloads of local burnt clover honey, blackberries, and plums. This beer tests the limits of what our house yeast culture can do. Extremely balanced and complex, this beer goes down a little bit *too* smooth.
