This co-fermentation of late ripening Italian red grapes is a stunner. We had enough crop to keep the co-fermentation with only Nebbiolo, Corvina Veronese, Barbera, and Lagrein. Aged in neutral Hogs Head French Oak barrels, this wine exhibits aromatics of fine herbs, pine, red clay, dust, and black cherries.
