Adam came up with a recipe and brewed 2 batches. One with our house ale yeast, and another with our hazy yeast. He wanted to highlight what the differences created by using 2 yeast strains on the same beer. Both brews feature whirlpool additions of Mandarina, Wai-iti and are dry-hopped with Enigma, Elani and more Mandarina and Wai-iti. They Hazy version is sweeter and juicier from extra residual sugars while the West Coast version lacks the sweetness that would soften the punchy impact of those hop additions.
