Late Harvest Already? Yep, fresh hop season is winding down, but not over! For our Late Harvest Fresh Hop IPA we started with some super aromatic Citra hops from Roy Farms in Moxee, Washington. We love to use Citra all year, but fresh, whole cone Citra hops are not to be missed; this hop is aptly named. We made a second trip to the heart of the Yakima Valley to CLS Farms for a massive load of Cashmere hops, which bring flavors of pineapple, lemongrass, and subtle bitterness to the party. If this beer doesn’t make you appreciate our region here in the Pacific Northwest, we don’t know what will. Get some quick. I mean like now!
