Bbrewed with German Pilsner and Munich malt, malted and flaked rye, and Washington grown Triticale. Hopped with a blend of Saaz, Crystal, Citra and Loral and fermented cool with our favorite strains of Saison yeast. Autumnal Rustic has an underlying spicy and floral character from the hops, malt and yeast, integrated together to form a unique balance.
