Carriage of the Spirits was brewed with a base of 100% Extra Pale Pilsner malt, with a small percentage of Chit malt thrown in for a little extra body. It was hopped in the kettle with Spalter Select and Saaz, then dry-hopped before spunding with more Saaz and Spalter Select. Ultimate drinkability that is balanced with the perfect noble hop flavor and aroma.
