Chants Between Two Worlds was brewed to be a simple pale lager, but then after fermentation we conditioned this on a custom blend of coffee beans made by our friends as Stamp Act Coffee specifically for this beer, lagered for 6 weeks. We think this is a damn fine cup of coffee (lager).
