This beer came together in Mid-Summer and is finally conditioned and ready, just in time to drop the hammer and celebrate what has been a hot and beautiful summer. The base of this beer was brewed with Genie Pils and Triticale Pale from our friends @Linccmalts. Lightly hopped with Magnum and Strisselspalt, it was fermented with an awesome Farmhouse yeast originating in Lithuania. After fermentation in stainless, it was blended with a couple of puncheon-fermented Saisons, and then dry-hopped with Loral. This is our first saison blended from oak and stainless in cans, and we are super happy to share it with you. So dance your best May Queen dance, and give special thanks to our treasured sun!
