Brewed with Pilsner malt, malted wheat, flaked wheat, golden oats, and malted spelt. Orange peel was added to the end of the boil, and it was hopped with Mandarina and Saaz. The beer was fermented with a house mixed culture in a characterful oak foudre, where it continued to age for a number of months before packaging in June 2020. Bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces.
