THE GRAY TOWER #6, the sixth blend in an ongoing series of barrel blended Saisons aged in oak with Brettanomyces. This blend incorporates a variety of mixed culture Saisons that were fermented in oak, and had been aging anywhere between 6-12 months in barrels sourced from various wineries across Washington State. It was bottled in November 2021, and conditioned with Brettanomyces until ready.
