The Hart is an oak-fermented mixed culture Saison brewed with Pilsner, Vienna, and wheat malts. It was hopped with Loral and French Strisselspalt and fermented with a house mixed culture in neutral wine barrels, where it continued to age for a number of months. This batch was packaged in February 2020 and bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces.
