Red blend of 57% Merlot from Yellow Bird Vineyard (a dry-farmed rarity found out in the Mill Creek area in Walla Walla) with the remainder component being Cabernet Franc from our rows at Blue Mountain vineyard. This wine was fermented with native yeast and blended before aging in 5 neutral barrels for 11 months and bottled unfiltered.

This red rocks finesse, elegance and freshness. Exotically spiced, red-fruited and has an inviting aroma of rose petal, thyme and blood orange with a length that goes on and on. Yes, this wine will slay at the table.
