Mingling some east and west coast principles/techniques, a hefty grist of malted barley, wheat and oats was fermented crisp and clean with Calfornia Ale yeast. It was then dry hopped with Mosaic Cryo, Citra, and Sabro making for a highly aromatic, highly drinkable combination of dank and juicy.
