Here at K&D we have maintained a seasonal IPA program from the start that we use to make “full strength” IPAs. For instance Snowdrops is our Winter version, fun facts! So for this season we’ve created Frolic, a NE Style IPA. We are focusing on the Southern Hemisphere hop Galaxy by way of Hollingbery Hops, and Citra by way of Cornerstone Ranches in Yakima. We paired it with a wheat forward NE Style IPA base brew to 6.8% ABV. The results are a cornucopia of bright citrus and big tropical flavors that drinks dangerously smooth!
