Originally brewed to celebrate our 1st anniversary, Barrel-aged Year One has spent our entire second year maturing in Willett bourbon barrels. What started as a young and jubilant celebration is now an ode to wood, barley, and time. With notes of rich toffee and caramel, luscious creme brulee, nutty malt, and delicate oak, this barleywine is the perfect excuse to gather with friends.
