WAtucky is a uniquely Washingtonian take on a true American original: the
Kentucky Common. Starting with a bounty of cracked corn and malted barley
from LINC Malt in Spokane, WA, we then added a touch of deeply roasted
malt to imbue a touch of color to this otherwise clean and crushable ale.
Expect a touch of corn sweetness, lightly crackery barley, and an ephemeral
kiss of honeyed graham cracker—all backed by a subtle yet clean herbal
bitterness.
Brewed in collaboration with Big Time Brewery & Halcyon Brewing, this beer
is a celebration of Washington agriculture and the good friends we love to
brew with.
