Nelson Sunrise is a celebration of Nelson Sauvin, the marquee hop from New Zealand. Bursting with aromas of pineapple, passion fruit, and freshly crushed gooseberries, we’ve paired the hop with a bespoke, thiolized yeast that has been engineered to unlock the ripe aroma compounds that form a natural synergy with Nelson Sauvin. This double dry hopped beer was brewed in collaboration with our buddy, Ryan.
