This is the vineyard that we steward.
Unmistakable classic Riesling nose. Fleshy peachy stone fruit, baked meyer lemon, a handful of almonds, and a single cinnamon stick sit upon an excessively large river rock next to the portion that is lapped by rushing water. A spicy herbaceousness (ala arugula) runs throughout.
A stunning example of Oregon Riesling.
Like all our other wines, it was wild yeast fermented in neutral oak. Other than a very small amount of sulfite, absolutely nothing was added to this wine. Unfiltered and unfined.
