Inspired by Belgium’s famous Kriek-style beers, we use 100% un-pitted sour Pacific Northwest cherries to craft a beer that’s layered with complexity and predominant flavors of vanilla, marzipan, and vibrant cherry. 2017 Vintage (crop year), bottle released in 2019—aged for ten months in sherry/brandy casks.
