We couldn’t be more excited to share our newest release, Joyleen. This is our take on a traditional German hefeweizen and it is just delightful in every way. We blended wheat malt and our house pilsner malt with a touch of Hallertau Mittelfruh hops before fermenting the beer with a Bavarian Weizen yeast strain. All the classic characters are on display here with a balanced profile of banana and clove spices from the nose to the finish. The wheat provides a full-bodied mouthfeel while the high carbonation provides a snappy acidity that rounds out the finish. Prost!
