Elegantly balanced dry-hopped farmhouse ale, utilizing hops from all over the world. The
hops hail from the PNW, UK, New Zealand, Austria, and Germany and are mostly old world varieties, or
derived from old world varieties. The hops used are Styrian Celeia, Fuggle, Rakau, Tettnang, Tradition,
Saphir, Pacifica, and Mount Hood. Aromas will cover the range of fruity/spicy/herbaceous/earthy/floral,
which should be great in our Pilsner/Vienna/Wheat/Oats based beer. Fermentation with a classic
farmhouse ale yeast will give a fairly clean and fruit forward aroma making it very drinkable.
