Italian-style Pilsner is characterized by a pronounced hop aroma and light bodied approach
to the classic German Pilsners. Ours is brewed with a carefully selected blend of heritage barleys for a softer malt contribution, supported by the classic flavors of German Tettnanger and Tradition hops in the boil and a clean lager yeast. Dry-hopping with German Saphir and an extended lagering time makes for an aromatic floral, slightly spicy, crackery, clean and easy drinking Pilsner variant.
